Shipments and returns
We use UPS Ground or UPS 2 Day Air for shipping. UPS Ground may take up to 7 business days. The tracking number is sent automatically via email from pkginfo.ups.com at 4 pm Pacific time with the subject "UPS Quantum View."
Shipping to the USA or Canada starts at around $18, varying by weight. Two-day air shipping costs approximately $35 and up, depending on weight. For overseas customers, we choose postal or UPS air based on cost.
Power Supplies and RC Lap Counters ship the same day. Drag Racing Timing Systems may take up to a week. Sensors and small items are shipped via postal service. We aim to cover shipping costs without making a profit. If you find an unreasonable shipping charge, please contact us.
