1. Currency and Payments

All prices on this website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default, as most of our customers are located in the United States.
However, all credit card transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Your credit card company or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate. As a result, the final amount charged may differ slightly from the listed price due to exchange rate fluctuations, international transaction fees, or bank conversion rates.

PayPal payments will be processed in the currency selected on the website.

Trackmate Racing is not responsible for any differences in the final billed amount.

We currently prepay duties and taxes for shipments to the United States. Shipments to other countries may incur additional duty and tax charges, which are collected by UPS at the time of delivery.


2. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, and DHL.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, but drag racing systems and certain parts may require additional processing time.


3. Warranty

All Trackmate Racing products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims may require the return of the defective product for inspection.
For warranty replacement parts, Trackmate Racing will cover up to $25 CAD in shipping costs. Any additional costs beyond this amount are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted at the manager’s discretion and must be authorized before being sent back.
Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.
A restocking fee may apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Technical Support

All products include free technical support via email or phone.
Customers also have access to the Support section on our website for manuals, software downloads, and troubleshooting guides.
Please note that software licenses are not transferable to new owners. This policy helps cover the ongoing cost of customer support.


6. Limitation of Liability

Trackmate Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.


7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
